Step 1) Fill out our introductory questionnaire. This will include a brief history of your fitness background, what access you have to equipment, and what you are looking to accomplish. This will lay the groundwork to allow our team to develop an actionable plan tailored to you.
Step 2) After reviewing your answers, you will have a call with our owner Tim. On this call he will brief you on the Spartan philosophy to training, and give you all the information you need to start your unique health journey!
Step 3) The fun part! We send you your monthly plan then you get to work. At the end of each month, you will have another call with our trainer Tim to give feedback and progress updates.
