Spartan Training Center is designed specifically for one-to-one training and features the most well-equipped exercise floor in New England. Spartan Training is not a chain and has been in existence for fifteen years. The center prides itself on elite training with a proven record of success that has serviced thousands of satisfied clients.
Tim Dutcher Tim Dutcher, Jr.
Tim Dutcher, owner of Spartan Training Center, is A.C.E. (American Council of Exercise) and I.F.P.A. (International Fitness Professionals Association) certified. Tim created the “Spartan Training Center System”. Tim has been training professionally in the Boston area for the last 25 years. He has trained or supervised the training of several hundred clients. Tim is an expert in all facets of exercise science, from weight and strength training to flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning. He brings that level of experience to the Spartan Training Center. The center has operated in the south shore area since 2003 and has been at the forefront of personal training. Tim Dutcher Jr. graduated from UNH and is a Certified “Spartan Trainer”. Tim grew up learning the Spartan system from a very young age. This facilitated a great deal of athletic success including a tri captainship of football, basketball, and lacrosse at Braintree High School.

Tim specializes in sports specific exercises and trains all of our young aspiring athletic clients.

Mike Geary Saul De Andrade
Mike is Spartan's boxing trainer. Certified in Mittology, Mike has been part of the South Boston boxing community for over 25 years. He brings a combination of real world experience and the latest exercise techniques. Mike is also an accomplished marathoner and tri-athlete with the Los Angeles Marathon and the Staten Island triathlon to his credit. Saul is N.A.S.M (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified and has been working at the center since 2017. Saul’s philosophy focuses on total fitness.

He is a strict vegan, and explored many different types of exercise including Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and body building.
